Deasy GeoGraphics: Web Applications
[Web Applications] [Deasy GeoGraphics]
The Deasy Lab designs and maintains World Wide Web sites for university organizations and government agencies. Campus clients include Penn State's Environmental Science and Technology Council (Environmental Courses Browser) and Graduate School. Beyond campus, the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection has commissioned the Lab, in collaboration with University Libraries and the Environmental Resources Research Institute, to create the Pennsylvania Spatial Data Access system (PASDA). PASDA will enable users to search and retrieve GIS data pertaining to Pennsylvania's environment, resources, population, and economy. When completed in May 1997, PASDA will also include an on-line "atlas" of map images created from GIS data held by the University Libraries. [PASDA] [PASDA]
